This recipe included:
- 4 pounds of ground beef
- 1/4 cup of fractionated coconut oil
- 4 drops of dill essential oil (1 drop per pound)
- 4 drops of pink pepper essential oil
- 2 drops of oregano
Again, they were so yummy! I would definitely suggest trying them for yourself!
