Recipes with Rob: Vegan Medley

Today on Recipes with Rob our friend Anna is over to try a vegan dish. This is one that we loved to make when we were vegan but had never tried using oils to flavor before.



Robert used:
-4 cups of potatoes
-4 cups of onion
-2 large carrots
-2 cups of green beans
-1 cup of corn
-1 liter of vegetable stock
-2 drops of rosemary essential oil
-2 drops of lavender essential oil
-2 drops of black pepper essential oil

Cooked in the oven at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Enjoy!
