Use number one: for
digestion. We all know it tastes good but did you know it will help with many
number of stomach and digestive troubles. To help make sure that everything
passes just as it is meant to add a drop or two of the oil to your favorite
sauces and salsas. If it is too late to be preventative apply it neat directly
to the stomach to settle things down again.
Use number two: bug
bites and stings. From creepy crawly to freaky flyers if its bites you and its
itchy put some Basil oil on it. Just one drop will bring soothing relief to
those small stings so make sure to take you Basil with you when your camping to
keep your food tasty and your skin itch free.
Use number three:
energy booster. When morning comes too early or the kids keep going when you’ve
petered out, a bit of basil will give you a boost. Put it on your diffuser
pendant to keep you energized as you do your chores for the day or add a drop
to you water for an energy drink that comes with no crash.
