Hello everyone and welcome back to recipes with Rob! This week Robert made breakfast for dinner using essential oils to flavor the eggs and to make a delicious (Sandra confirmed it was delicious) citrus cream cheese spread.
-1 Tablespoon of fractionated coconut oil
-2 drops of pink (or black) pepper essential oil
-2 drops of Ginger essential oil
-1/4 cup of shredded cheese
-1 Tablespoon sugar
-4-6 drops of citrus bliss
Both of these recipes, along with all of the other Recipes with Rob recipes are super simple and easy to replicate. That being said if you have a favorite recipe that you would like us to try please let us know by filling out the contact form on the blog. We would love to hear your favorite recipes. Please note we are not fond of fish or mushrooms. :)
