Recently Melissa from Real Nutritious Living reached out to me to offer a product she was sure I would love. She was right. So... Melissa sent me a sample of the Overnight Resurfacing Peel and Beauty Counter Red lipstick.
I was very skeptical about the Overnight Resurfacing Peel because in years past products similar to this do not fair well with my super sensitive skin. The instructions were to apply it to clean skin and follow up with my moisturizer.
My face seemed to soak it up, it was super hydrating and made my skin feel very smooth. It did not make my face irritated at all. I applied my moisturizer after the Overnight Resurfacing Peel and it seemed to spread so much better than normal. I enjoyed this experience so much that I even put it on Robert's face. :)
When it comes to lipstick I only like barely there colors or red. Melissa sent me Beauty Counters signature color of Red. The first time I used it I didn't realize how soft the lipstick would be so I put way too much on. The second time I applied much more sparingly and it was perfect. Guys, this lipstick is SO smooth and makes your lips feel so luxurious. I am definitely interested in getting a deeper color of red but this color makes me think of pin-up red.
