What is Coriander

Coriander oil is steam distilled from the seeds of the cilantro plant. The seeds and the leaf of the cilantro plant have distinct flavoring and medical properties.  Believed to have originated in Iran it spread quickly throughout Asia Europe and North Africa for its use as a spice, a medicine and a perfume.  
Some of the most popular uses of Coriander are: 

Gas, nausea, rashes, energy booster, appetite enhancer.  

Coriander oil is a must in the kitchen. It fits in well with many different blends and dishes. Use in a stir-fry or a spaghetti sauce. It is a good thing it mixes well with so many dishes as it has so many digestive benefits.

It is as good for you as it is tasty. It helps to fight gas, ease digestion, and increase appetite this oil packs a lot of digestive punch. If you ate something that has turned your stomach apply coriander neat over the stomach to fight nausea.  

Emotionally, coriander is known as the oil of integrity. It will help you move from seeking others approval to seeking your true self. Classically used as a perfume the pleasant and light scent of the oil is an excellent addition to cologne to inspire confidence. It is also an excellent choice to put in the diffuser when meditating on a dilemma that requires integrity and courage to solve.
